We proudly offer nine individual bungalows nestled within our property. We're ideally located just a short 4-block stroll to the beach and 1 block from the bustling Main Street. Each of our guests can enjoy the privacy and comfort of their own bungalow, along with access to our serene outdoor spaces. There's also ample free street parking, conveniently available throughout the year right in front of our property and on nearby streets. House Rules

Absolutely no smoking inside your bungalow or on the grounds of the property. When smoking, please leave the property, as it can disturb other guests. Absolutely no unregistered guests or visitors are permitted. Absolutely no parties or events. Quiet Hours 10PM-7AM This bungalow sleeps 2 but families with a young kid who co-sleeps are welcome. The local municipality requires us to collect guest occupancy information for short term rentals. We will follow up with additional info after you confirm your booking.

I’ve been a regular guest at Bret’s beach bungalows for a few years and I always feel right at home the minute arrive. Bradley Beach is a gem and I appreciate how close I am to the beach, cute cafes and restaurants, yoga studios and fun nearby towns like Asbury Park, Avon by the Sea, and Belmar. If you’re in dire need of a peaceful retreat to the Jersey Shore Bret and his crew do a great job of making sure their guests have everything they need at their fingertips.

We loved Surf Village! Great location to walk to beach was beautiful and quiet. Short drive to busier areas and boardwalks like Point Pleasant which we enjoyed. Bradley Beach was so quiet, we rested wonderfully in the evenings and appreciated having great restaurants and coffee in walking distance. 10 outta 10, we had everything we needed! Having beach passes was another perk. So clean, highly recommend.

We loved our four weeks in bungalow eight. The bungalow itself is really done well with nice upgraded appliances, a washer and dryer and everything that made our stay a fabulous experience that we definitely want to do again. Everybody connected with this property was just delightful to deal with. The area is really fabulous as there are lots of little restaurants to walk to and the trip to the beach is definitely doable.
